I have never met any governor who hasn't wanted to deliver the role well. I have however, met governors who have failed to deliver the role well. This is always because they haven't been able to access the necessary support and guidance and mentoring to do so.
Effective governance is no longer about being able to talk to talk when Ofsted comes. It's now about evidencing effective challenge and support and showing impact. What difference does the governing body really make?
All of the services I offer will support governors to demonstrate the rigour of processes and challenge and the impact required to meet good and outstanding judgements.
